    The networking team will be making changes to our core networking equipment to improve performance and support future functionality in our datacenter.

    These upgrades are designed and tested to be seamless. We will endeavour to keep downtimes to a minimum for the duration of the change.

Server upgrade caused partial hickups

    Beginning with 8. of october an upgrade of 2 managed systems caused a chain of timing problems that resulted effectively in a partial outage of a database instance and a degraded performance of our dataprocessor.

    The data integrity was not affected and the data safety mechanisms started correctly. No data loss was detected.

    We were able to fix this problem and installed new methods to prevent this kind of scenarios in the future.
