Autonoma - Partial Data outage after security patch – Incident details

Dear Autonoma user,

due to a security update of the gateways, an issue occurred yesterday between 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM that affected data collection.

The cause was immediately resolved, but it led to data loss of up to one hour in some systems.
