Beginning with 8. of october an upgrade of 2 managed systems caused a chain of timing problems that resulted effectively in a partial outage of a database instance and a degraded performance of our dataprocessor.
The data integrity was not affected and the data safety mechanisms started correctly. No data loss was detected.
We were able to fix this problem and installed new methods to prevent this kind of scenarios in the future.
